I am passionate about living a simple and healthy lifestyle. I love food and believe in eating healthy, real foods that fuel your body. My goal is to achieve wellness through a healthy body, mind, and spirit. I believe in balance and eating foods that promote a healthy body. I don’t believe in counting calories and obsessing over diets and weight loss fads. Instead, I focus on eating whole, natural foods while reducing refined sugars and processed foods. I created Live Simply Healthy to share healthy recipes and tips on nutrition, health, and wellness!
I’m a public relations student from Canada. I love weight lifting, running, yoga, and walks with my puppy, Char! I’m obsessed with coconut, peanut butter, and anything chocolate.
